Beschle is a new generation Swiss chocolate maker specialising in the making of fine chocolates and chocolate bars using single variety and rare cocoa beans such as the Porcelana cocoa. We have selected their single variety dark chocolate bars for our collection due to their purity, unique characters and superior quality. Beschle's range of Quizas single variety bars do not contain soya lecithin or even natural vanilla, the latter allowing the full character of the particular cocoa bean to be the soul focus.
