The latest, single origin dark chocolate bar from Michel Cluizel. Created using only fine flavour cocoa beans from the Vila Gracinda plantation, found on the island of Sao Tome. This 67% cocoa content chocolate bar replaces the Tamarina bar, also from Sao Tome. The Vila Gracinda chocolate bar holds a similar flavour profile of earthy, liquorice notes although it does have a sweeter, tropical fruit edge due to the lower cocoa content.
