Michel Cluizel has launched his second single origin, milk chocolate bar, the Maralumi Lait. This chocolate bar is created from fine flavour cocoa from the Maralumi plantation in Papua New Guinea. Again, the unique flavours of the Maralumi cocoa, present in the dark chocolate bar are also evident here, with berry notes, not usually found in high cocoa milk chocolates, and just enough to lift the deeper malt flavours produced from a higher cocoa content.

In the East of the island of Papua New Guinea, "Maralumi" plantation lies on land rich in Alluvial deposits. Its strongly aromatic cocoa beans blend well with milk, to make a distinguished and powerful combination. In the mouth, the charateristic notes of bananas, red berries and bluberries emanate progressively in an herbaceous harmony and then in "salty caramel".
