Crafted
from Zotter’s in-house roastery, Arabica coffee beans from Colombia, Mexico and
Peru have been combined with a creamy milk chocolate, in this delicious
chocolate bar, that’s both organic and Fairtrade!

Opus 5, 2022, 72% Dark Chocolate bar.
This year’s
vintage Opus bar has been created from rare cocoa varieties from five different
countries – Tanzania, Ghana, Togo, Guatemala and the Dominion Republic.
Each cocoa
is roasted individually, before being combined for the ultimate cacao blend.
This delicious, and eagerly awaited bean to bar, top cuvee, is also both organic
and Fairtrade.

Sao Tome, 75% Dark Chocolate Bar.
Single
origin cocoa from the small island of Sao Tome, off the African coast. Surprisingly
mild for its 75% cocoa content, with a lush, tropical fruit aroma.
Notes of
red cherries and slightly astringent finish; it’s another beautifully crafted chocolate
bar that’s Fairtrade and organic.

Fine White Chocolate Bar.
Yes, you
read that correctly. White chocolate but possibly not as you remember it. This
reduced sugar, white chocolate bar is made with 40% cocoa butter, 35% milk and
just 25% raw cane sugar.
That means
it has around 20% less sugar than conventional white chocolate, which allows
the flavour profile to really shine, with its sweet vanilla, and hint of citrus
fruits.
Given
Zotter’s reputation, it won’t surprise you at all to learn that this
unconventional, white chocolate bar, is also organic and Fairtrade.

Panama, 72% Dark Chocolate Bar.
Another
single origin dark chocolate bar from Zotter, this one created with organic,
Fairtrade cocoa grown in the rainforest of Panama.
With its
subtle notes of mint, nougat and intense chocolate aroma, we’re sure you’ll

its notes of cherry and marzipan and a long almond finish.
