The new 'Vanuatu' chocolate bar extends their single origin chocolate bar selection now to over 18. A range of truly diverse tasting chocolate bars from the light and fruity chocolate types through to the earthy and more robust deep cocoa flavours.

This fine dark chocolate bar from Pralus is created from Amelonado cocoa (Forastero variety) from the island of Epi within the island chain of Vanuatu, South Pacific.

A smooth and smokey dark chocolate bar with tobacco and coffee notes. Long on the palate and well balanced. A dark chocolate bar suited to those not prefering a high fruit, acidulous chocolate experience.
