Duffy's chocolate, from Red Star Ltd in Lincolnshire, is one of only a few true bean to bar chocolate makers (cacaofevier) in the UK.

Duffy's chocolate is made from a single year’s harvest of fine flavour cocoas and from single origins from around the world. The finished chocolate bars created by Duffy are unique in their flavour profile from one years harvest to the next without any intention to homogenise.

Duffy's chocolate does not contain soya lecithin and as pure as fine chocolate should be, with diverse flavour profiles, bursting with full flavoured characters.

This is the first British chocolate maker, creating chocolate directly from the cocoa bean (cacaofevier) as opposed to working with pre-formed chocolate, that we have included into our collection. The quality certainly meets the high standard set by the renowned fine chocolate makers in France such as Valrhona and Michel Cluizel and Amedei of Italy and so we hope you enjoy it too.
