Venchi, fine chocolates from Italy
An Italian chocolate maker from Piedmont in Italy, creating high quality chocolates using local Piedmont hazelnuts. Venchi was established in 1878 and still uses many of the original recipes today. Piedmont is famous for its hazelnuts and Venchi utilise this world renowned nut producing the very popular Gianduja, combining ground, paste hazelnuts with chocolate, the Nougatine, using caramelised pieces and Cremino, layers of gianduja. Each with its own distinct rich depth of flavour and texture.
