SOYA LECITHIN FREE CHOCOLATES
Soya lecithin is commonly used as an emulsifier, or lubricant, when added to food, but also has uses as an antioxidant and flavour protector. Whilst Soy Lecithin is generally considered a safe, food additive, some manufacturers do not use it as an emulsifier and prefer Sunflower lecithin instead, such as Cluizel, reducing any possible risk of a reaction to Soy as an allergen.
