Award winning chocolate bar. A higher than average cocoa content, single origin, milk chocolate bar created with Criollo and Trinitario cocoa. Cultivated by the Ora Verde cooperative from Peru, comprising mostly of indigenous people from the Chanka and Awajun tribes. Created from bean to bar combining Austrian mountain milk with raw cane sugar and Bourbon vanilla.
