I've tried other chocolate bars from other chocolate makers, made with cocoa from the Sambarino Valley region on Madagascar and this Zotter Labooko bar is definitely one of the best, with punchy cocoa content and plenty of fruit notes. The Chocolate Trading Co never fail to have an interesting selection of new chocolate makers and bars every time I come back to order online.
