Willie's, Raspberry truffles

A handmade hard chocolate shell that melts into a smooth creamy chocolate praline flavoured with 100% natural raspberry, containing a liquid raspberry centre. A sweet and salty combination of pure indulgence.

These truffles are handmade and are purposefully irregular in size and shape (as a traditional French truffles appearance) and not as the perfectly round truffles shown in the image. Soon to be updated by Willie's Chocolate.

White chocolate cocoa solids: 36% min.

Cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk powder, honey, almond, raspberry 5%, almond oil, rice flour.
