For Hot Chocolate, Willie's Cacao recommend:

25g to 30g hot chocolate powder, 200ml milk*

Put the hot chocolate powder in a mug and gradually stir in the hot milk, then froth.

*Full fat milk makes the richest, creamiest drinks. To go vegan, use with milks like coconut, almond, oat or rice.
