Another new bar from a chocolate maker I've enjoyed again and again. Not overly bitter, but lots of cocoa notes and good, long-lasting flavour. Typical spicey edge to the cocoa, that you see in the Chocolate Trading Co's other dark chocolate bars tasting notes, featuring Peruvian cocoa.
