Ruby chocolate couverture chips are created from the Ruby cocoa bean and unlocking the flavour and pink colour present in the Ruby cocoa bean. No flavouring or colour is added.
A similar flavour to white chocolate but with much more cocoa depth and with a berry sweetness purely originating from the Ruby cocoa bean. Suitable for wide use from creating chocolate decorations, enrobing, dipping, moulding and making chocolate truffles and ganache. Ideal paired with fruity creations and recipes using real berries, particularly raspberry we feel.
