I used the Callebaut brand white chocolate pencils to edge my nieces birthday cake, and used the Callebaut strawberry curls to fill in the topping of the cake.
The pencils were longer than I needed, but as the Chocolate Trading Co described, cut easily with a hot knife. The extra bits I used in ice-creams. The cake looked amazing and everyone commented on it.
