Callebaut white chocolate mousse powder

Callebaut have created this easy chocolate mousse for all types of dessert uses. Simply mix the white chocolate mousse powder with milk and put in the fridge.

This economical 800g bulk bag would make an average of 36 servings.

Instructions for use by Callebaut;

• Add 1 ltr of milk per 800g of mousse powder.
• Mix at high speed for approx. 5 mins
• Pipe mousse into cups or shells
• Refrigerate for 2 hours
