A 2016, gold award winning milk chocolate bar and a continuation of the Bakery series. Fine flavour Honduras cocoa beans combined with bread crumbs, sourdough and salt provides a rich and creamy, buttered toast flavour profile with notes of malt.
Created from Trinitario, Criollo and Forastero cacao beans grown on a family run estate 'Finca Tres Marías'. A 350 hectare estate also planted with corn, sorghum and plantains, located in the north west of Honduras.
