Modelling chocolate made from high quality, Belgian white chocolate. Flavoured with strawberry and coloured pink.

Modelling chocolate is used for creating chocolate flowers and figures for cake decorations. This particular modelling chocolate has a delicious flavour due to its quality ingredients so is certainly so much more than just a cake decoration.

How to use Modelling Chocolate

To use modelling chocolate you will need to manipulate it with your hands or rolling pin to soften to a consistency to be able to mould or cut to shape. Once you have created your cake decoration place in the fridge for the modelling chocolate to firm up again.
