Bought online (amazing website people) one day and used the following day for a party where I filled with a dark chocolate mousse, topped with a halved strawberry. Looked amazing and went down really well. You could easily use a ganache filling, simple whipped cream even. They are ideal for a finger food dessert as I used them but I would also use them in a creative rather arty dessert now having had them. The chocolate is a really high quality and would look stunning next to a ball of ice cream or whatever on the plate. Really easy to create something dramatic and quickly. Delivery arrived perfectly, quickly, no damage and I want more!! I have loyalty points!!
