Nice tones of citrus but not overpowering or all-consuming. The credentials of this bar are impressive and a must for any body trying to source organic chocolate bars. Much as I enjoyed this bar, the Valrhona Manjari Orange dark chocolate bar has the edge but you can't ignore the fair trade and soy free nature of this fine dark chocolate bar from Equal Exchange.
