A single origin, high cocoa, milk chocolate bar created from Criollo cocoa with a much reduced sugar content and increased cocoa flavours. Notes of sweet currants and blueberries with a dark treacle aftertaste.

About Duffy's Chocolate

Duffy's chocolate, from Red Star Ltd in Lincolnshire, is one of only a few true bean to bar chocolate makers (cacaofevier) in the UK. Duffy's chocolate is made from a single year’s harvest of fine flavour cocoas and from single origins from around the world. The finished chocolate bars created by Duffy are unique in their flavour profile from one years harvest to the next without any intention to homogenise. Duffy's chocolate does not contain soya lecithin and as pure as fine chocolate should be, with diverse flavour profiles, bursting with full flavoured characters.
