Description

A robust and unique milk chocolate made by Chocolate Tree from bean to bar using rare, pure Nacional cocoa beans, grown in a remote canyon at the foothills of the Andes. Notes of honeycomb and caramel with a citrus finish.

Not the usual sweet milk chocolate bar with its uncommon high cocoa content. Why not try something a bit different with reduced sugars and fuller flavour profile?

Chocolate Tree are one of the few true, bean to bar chocolate makers in the UK. They are creating superior quality, single origin chocolate from the raw cocoa bean right through to the finished chocolate bar. A highly skilled and labour intensive process.

4You really must try this

Not your usual milk chocolate but after trying chocolate with a higher cocoa content, there is no overwhelming bitterness that you would normally associate with dark chocolate of an equal cocoa strength. Surprisingly good.
