A limited edition dark chocolate bar using sail shipped cocoa from Brazil. Crafted from bean to bar in Falmouth by Chocolarder and giving a wonderful 70% dark chocolate with tasting notes of Tropical fruit and coffee.
The Takahashi family grown cocoa in the tropical region of Tomé-Açu in Pará, Brazil, Jorge Takahashi’s cacao is cultivated within a diverse agroforestry system beneath a canopy of fruit trees. Combining Forastero and Trinitario varieties, the beans develop distinctive complexity through biodiverse growing conditions, careful hand harvesting, seven-day wooden-box fermentation, and slow sun drying.
