A limited edition dark chocolate bar using sail shipped cocoa from Colombia. Crafted from bean to bar in Falmouth by Chocolarder resulting in a wonderful 70% dark chocolate with tasting notes of biscuit, golden raisin and mango.

Grown in the biodiverse agroforestry landscapes of Huila, Colombia, Opita cacao showcases the exceptional quality of modern Colombian cacao. Cultivated beneath a mixed canopy of fruit and native forest trees, the beans are hand-harvested and carefully fermented and dried to develop their distinctive flavour. This cacao reflects both its remarkable origin and the expertise of the communities behind it.
