Description

Bean to bar, superior quality dark chocolate created with fine flavour, organic, Trinitario cocoa beans from this world famous estate in Madagascar, owned by Akesson's. This wonderfully fruity dark chocolate is combined with aromatic and spicy black pepper, which actually helps shade the cocoa whilst its growing. A successful companionship in many ways.

A combination of fruity sweet tartness from the chocolate and warm notes of pine kernel and green fruits from the Madagascar black pepper.

The Ambolikapiky plantation, owned by Beril Akesson, is located within the Bejofo Estate in the Sambirano valley in the North West of Africa and grows both superior quality cocoa and spices.
