First out comes 'El Pedregal' with its tasting profile of dried fruits and honey.

• El Pedregal is the name of a new estate in Venezuela that Valrhona has dedicated entirely to the Porcelana cocoa. An almost extinct variety of cocoa producing precious beans known throughout the world for their superior flavour.
