New from Amedei: Chocolate Pistoles (drops) range.

Italian chocolatier Amedei has recently introduced a new range of superior chocolate couvertures, now available from The Chocolate Trading Co.

Used by professionals; their white, milk and dark chocolate pistoles (drops), provide a particularly rich and flavoursome flavour profile. Amedei’s range of fine cooking chocolate is available in varying degrees of cocoa content, and sizes.

This includes a new 250g tub size across the range, further complimented by a new 2kg bag size of the chocolate pistoles, for both the 70% dark chocolate chips and the milk chocolate chips.

The new range joins the current chocolate couvertures by Amedei, available from the The Chocolate Trading Co; most notably, their popular Toscano 70% dark chocolate, which is available in a 1kg block.

Amedei of Tuscany, Italy, is considered one of the world’s best chocolate makers, dealing direct with some of the highest quality cocoa producing plantations in the world. Their Porcelana chocolate bar is often described as the ‘Champagne of Chocolate’.
