I use this Valrhona cocoa powder for all sorts, baking, cakes and when I fancy a really good cup of real hot chocolate. A little goes such a long way given the really high cocoa content. I have found it difficult to find a really good cocoa powder.

POssibly the best cocoa powder available and my mother uses it for drinking chocolate (she likes it very bitter). Its pure without any sugar added so its easy to use in any recipe and add sugar to taste, not the other way around.
