This Toscano Brown has much more flavour than most milks with perhaps less sugar - it tastes less sweet anyway. A great chocolate to begin with before you try any of the high cocoa milks by Bonnat and Cluizel. I find the higher quality milk chocolate goes further.

I am now more inclined to go for the higher cocoa content milks from chocolatiers such as Bonnat and Michel Cluizel but I do still really like this Amedei milk bar because it does have a lot of flavour, very fudgey and caramel flavoured, more than most. I would class it as an intermediary between the typical lower cocoa content milks and the high cocoa milk options - an ideal choice if you want to experiment. It's Amedei of course so you know its going to be very good whatever your personal taste. I am amzed Amedei haven't produced a high cocoa milk as yet.

If you are about to order online make sure you include this Amedei milk bar and also the amedei toscano white chocolate with pistachio. They are both really rich and really creamy, lovely. I agree with Keith on the fudge and caramel flavours in this toscano brown. I have not tried the toscano brown with hazelnut yet so I will add that to my next chocolate delivery.
