Menakao chocolate is 100% Madagascan chocolate, from the world renowned cocoa beans it uses from the Ambanja region to the locally sourced ingredients, including the world famous Madagascan vanilla. Most of the highly prized cocoa beans grown in Madagascar are exported all over the world to chocolatiers but in this case everything is grown, processed and packaged on the same island. A process commonly referred to as creating chocolate from 'bean to bar' or 'cacaofevier'.
