Domori is a highly regarded bean to bar chocolate maker from Turin, Italy and are creating exceptional quality chocolates using fine flavour cocoa varietals from renowned single origins. Domori own their own plantation in Venezuela and specialise in the cultivation of rare subspecies of Criollo, the rarest cocoa in the world. In their quest for the perfect chocolate Domori do not add soya lecithin, cocoa butter or vanilla and use only cocoa and cane sugar to create the purest and flavoursome of chocolates.
