I was keen to try this latest 100% cocoa content bar stocked by the Chocolate Trading Company, and added one to my basket. Another gorgeous chocolate bar, this time from Zotter, who's chocolates certainly stand out with the rather curious bar wrappers, but the chocolate itself is superb, being both mild and bitter. I would have given 4 stars but the extra star is for the fact that this chocolate is both organic and fairtrade.
