A single origin, 100% cocoa, bitter dark chocolate bar from Willie's Cacao. Made from bean to bar using fine flavour Trinitario cocoa from Sur Del Lago in Venezuela. This intensely bitter dark chocolate offers nutty notes with an incredibly smooth texture due to extra conching of the cocoa bean at Willie's.
No added sugar and containing only pure cocoa solids.
