I have just received delivery of these white chocolate roses (I ordered at 3.30pm and the roses were delivered at 8.30am the following day!!) and I am absolutely over the moon with them. They are so impressive and look more like the very professional sugar versions i've seen than anything made in chocolate - actually much better. The roses are a delicate ivory colour with a sparkle dusted finish. This is more of a powdered shimmer btw than a sprinkle of hobby glitter! This can be brushed and muted if you need to also as I found (i was trying to retrieve one of my eyelashes) although I have to say the finish makes them look very special indeed. Perfect for decorating a wedding cake. I have made chocolate roses and with all the patience in the world could not achieve this level of quality and refinement. I have bought chocolate roses from other places too and whilst better than my handmade attempts were still not as realistic and classy as these roses.
I would like to say a very big thank you as I am so excited that my daughters wedding cake is going to look so very special, decorated with these chocolate roses. I shall be back to order again online - although maybe not for another wedding I hope! PS. I also bought some sugar diamonds and again these are really lovely and will be used for wedding white chocolate cupcakes.
