I love Valrhona chocolate and so its really good to be able to get free post and some free little squares too. If you don't know about Valrhona I think its the smoothest of them all and the difference in the bars is really diverse. The palmira chocolate is possibly my favourite as it has quite a unique flavour and like its been sweetened with honey. All are great though so I am very easily swayed. I cook with some as I don't use a lot. Quality matters.

This is wonderful chocolate. I am self confessed chocoholic and this is such an amazing variety of chocolate in one box!
