Possibly the richest flavor chocolate i have ever worked with. Not too easy to cut and measure as this is one very big block but worth the effort (and risk to your fingers!). I love Amedei chocolate generally. If you are pondering this and the Chuao chocolate version I would say the chuao is for stand alone desserts or chocolate making as its quite fruity and can be a little overpowering if you are not use to the amazing fruity and slightly tart flavour of the Chuao and this toscano black is for combining with anything for an all round chocolate taste - more suited for baking.
