Solkiki, Gran Palo, 72% dark chocolate bar

Created from Gran Palo Blanco cocoa, a rare white cocoa variety from Peru. This organic, dark chocolate bar offers a great depth of flavour with low sweet acidity with a full chocolate flavour with notes of dark beer and dried plum.

Whilst the texture of Solkiki chocolate is not as perfectly smooth as experienced from many larger chocolate makers the flavour profile is truly unique and after all, this is micro batch, bean to bar chocolate from a truly artisan chocolate maker.
