Given the unenviable task of making an 'England' cake to take to a world cup bar-b-que, these red chocolate curls were a real discovery, and made decorating my victorious sponge cake easy. Fantastic quality. In a penalty shoot-out, I'd bet Chocolate Trading Co to win.
