Pump Street Bakery are proud to be making the only Crayfish Bay single estate chocolate bar in the world. This award winning, 70% dark chocolate bar, offers pronounced floral and blackberry notes.

Whilst the Crayfish Bay estate in Jamaica is run organically it is not certified. Nor is it certified and labelled as Fair Trade even though the farm claims to operate a fairly traded business. Some could argue more than some Fair Trade labelled chocolate..

5Absolute perfection!

Both outstanding bars but I preferred this to the Madagascar Criollo bar and found this bar to have even frutier notes. Very interesting reading the heritage bit and how although not a fairtrade chocolate, it seems to have the well-meaningness of fairtrade chocolate behind it.
