A confusing name perhaps but this single estate chocolate bar from the Pump Street Bakery in Suffolk does indeed contain milk and so, it is a very 'dark, milk chocolate'. Created from fine flavour cocoa beans from the Hacienda Limon estate in Ecuador.
A bittersweet balance of flavours and unique for such a high cocoa milk chocolate.

It manages to remain sweet and somewhat milky despite the high percentage, and the higher cacao content gives it a richer flavour which is nice although nothing that amazes.
