I think this bar tastes must nicer than the description but I do kind of get it as the chocolate does have a fruity sweetness and nice and creamy texture too. I got a little spice from it too and found it much to my personal taste - to help others determine. I like fruity dark chocolates with some acidity and whilst the acidity in this particular bar is quite low it balances really well. I am trying all the Domori chocoalte bars as a was given a gift voucher for my birthday from my wife - its been really interesting and quite a revelation to find that some cocoa is rare and that bars have all these different characters. They certainly do and I am finding my favourites. Fantastic website by the way. Certainly specialist stuff.
