Modelling chocolate made from high quality, Belgian white chocolate. Flavoured and coloured with orange.

Modelling chocolate is used for creating chocolate flowers and figures for cake decorations. This particular modelling chocolate has a delicious flavour due to its quality ingredients so is certainly so much more than just a cake decoration.

How to use Modelling Chocolate

To use modelling chocolate you will need to manipulate it with your hands or rolling pin to soften to a consistency to be able to mould or cut to shape. Once you have created your cake decoration place in the fridge for the modelling chocolate to firm up again.

You really must try this

Great ready to use modelling chocolate and impressed with the quality and ease with which I was able to work it into the flower decorations I was making.

The pot size is a 100g which may seem small, but when making cake decorations, it goes quite a long way. Overall impressed with the service and delivery for several pots was good value.
