Created for pure self indulgence as a luxury chocolate spread for toast but also used in cakes and chocolate making.

A wonderfully nutty praline. There's a good base of almonds topped up by its earthier, slightly stronger hazelnut content. The chocolate flavour very much sits in the background making this more nut driven, but not quite as much as a nut butter. Its rich, but not sweet or overpowering. A little too difficult to resist the spoon in the jar affair. Plastic jar feels a little less premium, but the praline itself is lovely, not greasy, ever so slightly grainy, and makes a great topping for porridge, toast, crumpets, a spoon, or simply a greedy finger.
