Pralus Melissa, 45% milk chocolate bar

This higher cocoa, milk chocolate bar from Pralus holds a rich, caramelised nut and toffee flavour profile using only fine flavour, Criollo cocoa from Indonesia.

Best described as a rich butter fudge but made with less sugar due the higher than average cocoa content of 45%. Notes of honey.
A high cocoa milk chocolate that still provides enough sweetness to fix that sugar craving but is also packed with real chocolate flavour to savour.

Pralus Chocolate

Pralus, situated in Roanne, France, are one of the few chocolate houses creating chocolate direct from the cocoa bean. Absolute perfection!

If you are used to cadburys and enjoy the very very sweeet type of milk chocolate (without any flavour really other than sugar and artificial vanilla) then I would avoid this but if you enjoy a good milk chocolate with body and caramel flavours then I would say go for it. I speak from experience and a converted fan of fine chocolate, this company and great selection of quality chocolate available here.

You really must try this

I originally received this Pralus Melissa milk chocolate bar within their milk chocolate bar bundle. I love its caramel notes and it is now a firm favourite I sometimes order online all by itself when the fancy takes me. Ordering from the Chocolate Trading Company is straightforward and my chocolate orders have always arrived in perfect condition.
