4You really must try this

The flavour profile is much more acidic than suggested. The acidity is sour and gives the bar a lime quality. It's interesting to have a bar with such powerful citrus notes.

5Absolute perfection!

Single origin dark chocolate from Vietnam - who would have thought it? Bought a bar of this Marou Ben Tre 78% and the Lan Dong 74% to try and full credit to the Chocolate Trading Co for providing useful tasting notes, which don't disappoint.

Looking forward to trying the other chocolate bars from Marou in the very near future.
