The latest single origin, 47% cocoa, milk chocolate bar from Michel Cluizel. Using Trinitario cocoa from the Maralumi plantation in Papua New Guinea. The unique flavours of the Maralumi cocoa, present in the dark bar are also evident in this superb chocolate bar, with berry notes. A high cocoa milk chocolate with malt and an additional sweet edge.

You really must try this

Yes the berry notes do come through in this milk chocolate bar as the write-up suggests. Very nice chocolate indeed and one to really ponder I found. Usually a milk chocolate is sort of one dimensional which I suppose because it contains mostly sugar but this did have an extra edge. Glad I ordered it bought a mix of different milk chocolate bars online and had chocolate tasting night with friends once delivered (very quick). They are all converted to the decent stuff now.
