Fruity and acidic, this bar is too much for me. Too fruity, too light and too sweet. All this 75% stuff is starting to make me feel sick...sugar overload!

Now this is my favourite chocolate bar by Pralus. I find it not at all light and at just the right sweetness for me personally. I don't like really really bitter dark chocolate (above 80%) and love to taste the fruity notes and tartness often found in really top end dark chocolate bars. I always buy Pralus chocolate for its depth of flavour and highly recommend this particular one to anyone wanting a really fruity tasting dark chocolate with real depth of flavour. Its too bitter for my wife so thats another bonus - just goes to show you how everyones palates detect different levels of bitter and sweet.

This bar was amongst the chocolate selection that came as part of the Dark Chocolate bar bundle I ordered online. It's the first bar I tried and to be honest I can't see any of the other bars bettering the depth of flavour and delicate balance between sweetness and bitterness of this Madagascan cocoa bar. I'm now eager to try the other chocolate bars, but trying to ration myself and take the time to really enjoy and savour each bar.

Great depth of flavour and perhaps a little sweeter than other chocolate bars of a similar cocoa percentage, but thoroughly delicious none the less.
