Amedei - Madagascar, 70% dark chocolate bar

oh yes, fruity, not tarty enough for my favourite but I can see why Amedei get a lot of press. Really treacly aroma from their chocolate I find and I think I read somewhere known for pipe tobacco aroma? The bars I have smell the same, quite a strong smell and literally mouth watering. This is a really well balanced bar so has a lot going on and in even quantity. I'm giving it top marks even though its not my favourite to date as I just know everyone would love this.

Gorgeous, lush, soft and fruity chocolate. It leaves a real aftertaste of cherries which envelop the mouth and leave you wanting more and more. An absolute delightful pleasure to linger over.
