The Jamaica single origin bar from Amedei provides possibly the strongest flavour profile of all the Amedei Cru bars with notes of dates, citrus fruit and a spicy sweetness. Good length of taste. A remarkable chocolate. Created using Trinitario cocoa.

Absolute perfection!

Wow, the biggest flavour in the Amedei chocolate bars I have to review so far. I am not getting the citrus notes but certainly agree on the impact and the lovely caramalised sweetness which I suppose matches the dates description too. I keep finding a favourite and then change my mind as I go through them. Gosh they all taste so different when you have a little peice of each bar in succession. Quite expensive but worth it if you really appreciate good quality dark chocolate. A little a day..

Absolute perfection!

This has become one of my favourite Amedei cru bars. It is unimaginably sweet and yet rich, with deep chocolate flavour, perfect melt and an amazing length of taste. I would say it rivals Chuao on depth but Jamaica is much sweeter and it is this combination of sweetness and intensity of rich dark chocolate tones what makes it unique.
