Produced and packaged by the cooperatively managed Grenada Chocolate Company of Grenada. Using organic, fine flavour Trinitario cocoa, unrefined sugar and natural vanilla. A wonderfully rich and flavoursome chocolate with acidulous top notes balanced with deeper notes of liquorice and prune brought out by the higher sugar content, compared to the more robust 71% bar. Creamy texture and long finish.
